Wholehearted Commitment
In my mid 30’s I weighed over 95kg. Due to bad lifestyle, eating all the sweet stuff, and not exercising, I had high blood pressure. The Dr said that if I did not change some of my bad habits, I would not make it to 40. Now in my late 60’s I have been 82kg for many years, have great energy through the Healthpointe program and through this journey I have discovered a passion to pay it forward and educate as many people as possible about the benefits of Healthpointe.

I am also passionate about helping people break free from Western Lifestyle ailments that are created from our Convenience Lifestyle, vs. a Nutritional Lifestyle.
